Nut and poppy fillings
These are intended for bakery and confectionery products as thermostable fillings applied before baking, as well as for intermediate layers and decorations after baking. Their thickness results from crushed nuts, whole or ground poppy seeds boiled in sugar.

Storage: store at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 75%.
Packaging: 20 kg containers made of polymeric materials, with a PET insert.
Baking parameters for thermostable fillings: bake up to 20 minutes at temperatures up to 240°C.
