Thermostable fillings with bits of fruit and berries
These fillings are intended for bakery and confectionery products where the normal sequence of operations is to apply or insert a filling before baking or where freezing may be expected. Also, the fillings may be put into finished products. Use them for rolled cakes, pies, patty-cakes, crumpets, tartlets, and other bakery and confectionery products.

Storage: store at temperatures between 0°C and 25°C and a relative humidity of up to 75%.Baking parameters for thermostable fillings: bake up to 20 minutes at temperatures up to 230°C.
