These fillings are intended for bakery and confectionery products baked longer or at higher temperatures than usual. These fillings leave no hollows in ready products and do not leak out. They are primarily suitable for choux cakes, cookies, or crumpets and are also good for making frozen convenience food.

Baking parameters for thermostable fillings: bake up to 20 minutes at temperatures up to 240°C.
